The first workshop starts a 10am, “The Road to the Fair”.  Are you new to 4-H?  Did you feel lost in previous years?  We highly recommend you attend.  In addition, Connie will be going over, in which we will be using for Qualifying Shows and Fair this year.  At noon we will have a Judging workshop prior to the 1:00 Judging. BRING A CHAIR! (Camp/bag chairs work great!)

The Judging will start at 1:00pm.  Bring something to write with & on (a clip board), chair to sit in, and dress warm.  We will be judging Showmanship, Stockseat (Western Equ.), Western Pleasure, & Huntseat Equ. (Don’t know the what the difference is in these classes, be sure you come to the Workshop at noon!)

We will start collecting bags of clothing, shoes, & linen tonight at the barns!  We are paid by the pound so bring it on!  We will create a drop site near the wash rack and practice arena.

A few people have asked how many credits they can get this weekend.  TWO are possible; one workshop & one Judging.  Although remember the more educational activities you attend the more points you accumulate toward the end of the year High Point Trophy for Education Activities!
